This BLS training is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of life-saving techniques, including high-quality chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It prepares individuals to respond to cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies in both clinical and non-clinical settings. Target Audience The training is suitable for: Healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, EMTs) First responders Safety officers in high-risk industries Individuals looking to learn life-saving techniques Learning Outcomes By the end of the course, participants will be able to: Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants. Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in cardiac emergencies. Provide rescue breathing and airway management. Identify the signs of cardiac arrest and respond accordingly. Work as part of a team to provide Basic Life Support in emergency situations. Training Duration 1 Day (8 hours) Participant Limit 6 participants per group to ensure hands-on practice and individual attention during training sessions. Training Methodology The course employs a mix of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, covering: CPR techniques for different age groups Use of AEDs for both adult and pediatric cases Team-based scenarios for realistic emergency response Assessment & Certification Participants will be assessed through practical exercises. Upon successful completion, they will receive a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, valid for 2 years.
