- We may are the only local supplier that ships large bonsai pots nationwide. The size and weight of bonsai pots, combined with their fragile nature, make packaging and shipping very challenging. Offering shipping services is our way of ensuring that everyone can get the pots they need, regardless of their location within the country. However, we cannot afford the risk of breakage during transportation, as courier companies typically do not compensate for damages to fragile items in transit.

Returns Policy:
- We have a no-return policy, except in the case where the wrong item has been sent. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the item received and your order confirmation. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days after receiving full payment.
2. Shipping Rates:
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Methods:
• We offer the following shipping methods:

• Pots with a diameter of 60 centimeters and above, please choose local pickup during the check out, we will discuss with you and select between courier, logistics, or Airline Cargo based on the packaging size and weight.”

4. Delayed or Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
- While we take every precaution to ensure that your ceramic bonsai pots are securely packaged, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if any damage is observed.
